Screen Printing

This option tends to be cheaper, especially if you have higher quantity! Your image first gets printed on DTF film so we can use it to “burn” a screen. Theres a lot of goopy chemicals involved, but we’re basically creating a barrier so the ink can’t go through the screens in the spots it shouldn’t. Then your garment is loaded up, the screen pressed down, and ink applied with a squeegee. After that it goes through an oven to dry, but not the same oven used for the powder!
